My experiences in both the conventional and holistic medical fields, nutritional education and knowledge of Ayurvedic methodology and herbal medicine aim to offer you a unique and compassionate path towards greater health.

After a health consultation with Takoma Naturopathy you should walk away with a greater understanding of how to impliment simple yet effective changes to your daily routine which are strengthening to body and enlightening to mind.

After receiving my Bachelor's degree at the University of Maryland, I worked with a medical doctor specializing in internal medicine and holistic care. I also have experience working with Reiki masters, acupuncturists, craniosacral and refexology therapists and was a nutritional consultant at a prominent compounding pharmacy. I continued my education on the graduate level, completing my degree as a Holistic Healthcare Practitioner (HHP) and furthered my studies in Ayurvedic training in the US and Germany. I have written and published several health articles, including a paper concerning cancer prevention accepted by the American Association for Cancer Research.

My sincere wish is to simply make people feel better on a daily basis through education and wise decision making, reinforcing one's commitment to "conscious living".
