The Maryland suburbs experienced the best and worst of the housing crisis. Prince George’s County saw some of the highest foreclosure rates in the nation, but Bethesda saw only a temporary dip.
Despite these extremes, suburban Maryland is on the path to stability. However, there are a couple of neighborhoods where the housing market is making a quicker recovery. Those are the places we’re watching closely:
