Repeat Rewards Points ~Several of the local businesses
are allowing "Repeat Rewards" to be accumulated in each of their
shops for discounts and certificates, to help encourage residents and
visitors to "Shop Local". Particpating shops and eateries include
The Big Bad Woof, House of Musical Traditions, and Savory Cafe'.
Adopt A Tree
For the second year, the Design Committee is running the Adopt A Tree program, where we ask business and commercial property owners to commit to tending our young and thirsty city trees along Carroll Avenue/Carroll Street. For your $20 contribution, you receive a decorative tile to be placed by the tree crediting you with your contribution, and a l eaky bucket to keep filled near the tree to give it a slow, thorough soaking through the hot summer months.
