Brothers Christopher and Ethan Landis formed Landis Construction Corporation and Landis Group Architects to meet the growing needs of families living in established urban neighborhoods in the Washington Metropolitan area. Our family business has just celebrated its sixteenth year as a Design/Build firm specializing in renovations of residential properties. We think one of our keys to success is that both principals are involved in all aspects of the building process.

We service the home improvement needs and dreams of our clients in an integrated process from design conception through the realization of construction.

We provide excellent design, superior service, honest value and quality construction. Traditionally, much of our new business and growth have occurred through referral, so we strive to build long-term relationships with our customers.

PREVIOUSLY DESIGNED WORK

If you are an architect, designer or client who is working with a design team.
We can provide the following services;

* Provide comprehensive estimate.
* Provide value engineering services.
* Liaison with architect during design and manage project during construction.
* Create construction schedule.
* Experience with LEED certified projects.

All the above require either a Pre-construction Services Contract or a Construction Contract, except estimating which is free.

DESIGN/BUILD SERVICES

We are a full service design/build firm with the ability to design and/or construct any project.
If you are a business owner looking to expand your office space or possibly relocate and either build a building or renovate an existing property, we can provide all of the necessary services from property analysis including code and zoning analysis to design and construction services.
