Sometimes it feels like if you’re not totally exhausted, you must not be working hard enough. But just imagine how amazing it could feel to give yourself a break. Imagine how much more productive, innovative, and most importantly– how HAPPY you would be if you had a chance to REST! Don’t you want to find out?
In this class, we will begin with some light stretching and easy breathing exercises to calm the body and the mind. An hour long yoga nidra session will follow, during which the students will lie on their backs or in the most comfortable position, to listen to the guided meditation, leading them deep into their subconscious mind in order to experience deep relaxation.
