Intuition: Honoring Our Inner Knowing. A Day of Embodied Play
April 15, 2017 @ 10:30 am - 5:00 pm$30 – $45
When: Saturday, April 15, 10:30am to 5pm
What: A Day of Embodied Play led by Kaira Jewel Lingo, Sponsored by InPlay
There is deep wisdom in each of us. Come play with the tools of InterPlay to explore how we can nurture and access our intuition more in daily life.
Have you ever just suddenly “known” something, right down to your bones? How is it that these experiences of “getting it” arise? How can we nurture this arising of insight and strengthen it? How do we know when it’s the real thing, rather than just our ideas that shift and change with external circumstances?
With journaling, as well as movement, voice and stillness, we will explore how body wisdom and embodied play can be a powerful doorway to intuition.
Please bring a quote that inspires you (it can be about intuition, but doesn’t have to be) to share in our ‘Group Oracle.’
InPlay Members – $30 | Non-members $40
Lunch: 12:30 – 1:45 p.m. Bring your lunch or dine out at a local restaurant.
