Want to learn how living in a historic district could affect your property?  Find out what you can and can’t do.

This workshop is for people who live in a historic district or are considering one for their neighborhood.  Come to talk with an architect and neighbors who live in and work with historic districts.  Join us for coffee, snacks and a good exchange of ideas and information.

RSVP to saragreendc@yahoo.com or naima.jefferson@gmail.com

Come anyway, whether or not you RSVP.  The only risk is that we’ll run out of snacks.

Speakers: Architect Maria Casarella (Takoma Theatre Restoration), Loretta Neumann (Takoma Park DC Historic District), Greta Fuller (Anacostia Historic District), and Erik Hein (National Conference of State Historic Preservation Officers)

Sponsors:  Concerned Neighbors. Inc., Manor Park Citizens Association, and Shepherd Park Citizens Association
