New to cycling? The hardest part of cycling isn’t the workout, it’s walking through the door for the very first time.
CYCLED! Basics, is an introductory class that focuses on the basics – proper set-up, how your body should look and feel on the bike, and the breakdown of the moves and hand positions we do on the bike. It’s an hour long class and we use that time to help guide you through every pedal – stroke so that by the time class wraps, you’ll be feeling confident on your bike and comfortable walking to any studio.
