Chef Calvin D. Coleman brings skills learned at the elbows of his two Aunts, noted caterers in Laurens, S.C. to Cedar Crossing's  menu.  The ever-changing choices feature a collection of interesting and affordable small plates such as Fish Tacos with Feta Slaw, Potato or Spinich Samosas for the vegetarian set, or even Chicken Tikka Masala!  Chef Coleman's classic Mac & Cheese delights all, and his wings are available plain, hot or jerk style.  More substantial fare can be had as well, such as Shrimp & Grits with Andouille sausage, or Grilled Salmon with Pineapple Salsa.  But be sure t leave room for Chef's famous Bread Pudding!

The eclectic wine list runs to 40 bottles, with over half available by the glass.  The 8 beer taps feature great micro brews, and from 4-7pm Monday through Friday check out Happy Hour with a goup of $5 wines and $4 drafts.  And don't forget to sign up to receive notices about the special tastings of wines and spirits conducted by Cedar Crossing's own Certified Sommelier.....
